Thank you for registering for this year's Career Fair.

Check-In /Set-Up May 13th

8:00-8:45 AM Please allow yourself enough time to be set up by 9:45 AM. Our staff will provide you with an information packet when you check in.

Set-up is in Ernst Gymnasium. See map and directions.

There is a loading dock to the right of the cultural center building for unloading equipment.

Equipment

You will be provided a 6' skirted table, a small sign identifying your company, and chairs based on the number of organization representatives you've registered. Please note that due to space restrictions, we encourage you to limit the size of your displays. There will no additional table space available.

Refreshments

Coffee and Danish will be available during set-up. Lunch will be served to registered employer representatives.

Parking

Your parking fees have already been paid. Please park in the Cultural Center lot only!

Handouts

Applicants will be provided with an Employer Participant Guide. This guide will direct fair attendees to employer locations, as well as a description of your company and the positions for which you're recruiting. PLEASE REGISTER BY MAY 7TH TO GUARANTEE YOU'RE INCLUDED IN THE GUIDE!

Translation Services

Sign language and Spanish interpreters will be available. Please see a staff member for assistance.

On-site Interviews

We have provided a private room for employers who wish to interview on-site. More information on location will be made available.
